My fiancé and I had the pleasure to work with Jessica Cheatham as we prepared to buy our first home. I’m so glad and appreciative that we met someone as knowledgeable, patient, empathetic, passionate and positive like her. Although we met Jessica for the showing of a home that already had an offer by the time we decided to move forward, she was very positive and supportive in helping us continue with our search. She even indulged me when I wanted to see another property after seeing so many and thinking we narrowed down our list. Turns out that the property she indulged me with is the one that that we purchased. I greatly appreciate everything Jessica did for us because I genuinely felt like we had someone looking out for us during the process of buying our first home.

We worked with Jessica Cheatham and she was stellar! First time buying a home so it was a huge relief to be partnered with someone who was so empathetic and positive. We started off feeling overwhelmed and disappointed since the first house we looked at with her someone beat us to the punch. Although we were down, she was extremely supportive and quickly got us back on our way to finding a home we love. All in all she made the process so seamless and easy. Truly can’t thank her enough!

Our realtor/broker was Paula Winter, she was our buyer agent . She was really dedicated to finding us the house we were looking for. She was excellent at negotiating with the sellers to get us the right price and making sure that repairs when done correctly and in a reasonable time. Most of all she was a really nice person, the kind that you felt comfortable with, a friend.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Ann Marie Sosa for a while now. She recently helped me redesign my entire home over the summer. She’s more than a realtor, she’s a friend too. She’s got quite the eye for style and I value her opinion. I’ve worked on a few deals with her and recommend her to all my family and friends. Ann Marie is humble, giving and passionate about what she does.

We had the 'Christopher Watters' experience twice when looking at homes recently and we were not impressed. Both homes had significant damage, foundation issues, or something very expensive to fix. They were all undisclosed and, upon inspection, we were unable to find out anything from their side- even after having the property inspected and asking for previous paperwork. They were the only ones who refused this to us and seem very shady, sneaky, and completely unprofessional. This also seems like a very slimy move by a realtor/realty company who does not care about anything other than profit. Please do not trust this company to sell your home fairly or sell you a home honestly. Cannot look at his bill boards, with his smiling face, without thinking how happy he is to be ripping people off.
