She really went above and beyond to ensure I get the best service by scheduling a face time session with me, providing a full home walkthrough video on Snap Chat to allow me to view the Austin property that is still under construction at my own free time, and giving great insights and answers on the Austin housing market. We sold our first home with Joshua and it was a very easy and pleasant process. He check in with us every step of the way and even offered to assist us with any questions we may have with our new home purchase even though he only sells homes. We listed our house for more than what we though we would get for it since we weren't in a huge rush to move just yet. We got the listing price and worked out a lease back with the buyer all within the first weekend it was listed. They did an excellent job at advertising and photographing our home to get it sold quickly!

Christian Cramer helped me purchase a home and I can't say enough about how patient he was with me. We saw at least 20 houses between Austin and Hutto before I made my decision on a home. Christian made himself available to me anytime he could to schedule showings and discussing all the steps during the process from start to closing on my home. He definitely was a great choice for a realtor and I will be using him for my next purchase as well.
