As a first time home buyer, it is easy to be nervous about what to expect. My realtor, Nancy Grimes was amazing! She took the time to explain this step-by-step process and was patient with me as I asked to look at house after house after house. She encouraged me to be picky so that I ended up purchasing a house that I truly loved. She definitely has the best interest of the buyer in mind and should absolutely be on your list if you are looking to buy a house! If/when I am on the market for a new house again, she will be who I call.

Amazing does not even come close to describing how wonderful it was to work with Matthew Morales. My wife and I were very timid about buying a home as it was our first house. Matthew made the process extremely easy and completely exceeded our expectations 10 times over. He answered the phone at any hour of the day/night and was always happy to speak with us. Not once did our concerns go unnoticed and he truly had our best interests at heart. As a veteran I have learned to smell BS a mile away and call a bluff on the spot. Matthew never gave me a reason to doubt him and always was straight forward. I will continue to recommend him to every person I know who is looking to buy a home. He has good character, a kind heart, and best of all, didn't try to sell me anything. Salesmen are irritating because they are trying to make a buck and its easy to spot, Matthew did not cash grab at all. That is the first time in my life a salesman has actually cared about me and my family. Every company he recommended (inspections and that type of stuff) was affordable and were genuinely kind people to work with. Especially George Gibbins from G2 Home inspections (he was extremely friendly and took the time to explain everything with the house and listened to all my questions patiently/attentively). My wife and I are extremely grateful for the level of professionalism Matthew exhibited and will always be happy to take his call. I cannot give Matthew enough praise; he inst like any realtor you have ever met. Please use Matthew as your realtor and I promise that by closing time you will be calling him a friend like I have.

We recently bought a home and worked with Brittany Stone as our buyer's agent. Brittany went above and beyond during the 2 mos we worked with her. I would highly recommend her to anyone searching for a home, especially in this ultra competitive market. Brittany's availability, responsiveness, ability to be resourceful, contract negotiating and positive attitude through the ups and downs of the buying process were all reasons we felt that our experience with her was outstanding. Brittany's team, including a great lender, (Brian Campbell with Supreme Lending) and transaction coordinator made going through the home buying process relatively easy. Brittany worked extremely hard in helping us find a home and always followed up with in a timely manner. Her integrity was certainly valued as this was not the easiest venture with all the multiple offers and wading through some of the highs and lows of the entire process. Again, we cannot recommend her enough and hope that if you choose to work with her you will have the same great experience we did.

Having just recently moved to the area, I didn't know much about it but I didn't have any worries working with Bradley Pounds and Maureen Sabia, they were so knowledgable and amazing. They guided me through every step of the process and made sure I was comfortable as we went through the journey together. They made sure to accomodate me whenever there was a house or houses I wanted to see, even at very short notice and always with a smile. When we finally found "my house" it was largely possible because they went the extra mile to get me in to see it before anyone else and it is the perfect house. I can't say enough good things about Bradley and Maureen. It was such a pleasure to work with them I was a little sad we were done and I wouldn't be seeing them for awhile. I highly recommend Bradley, Maureen and everyone at Watters International. They are exceptional.

If you want a realty group that will call your entire family in order to find information about a listing for a house then go with these people. These people have been calling my family members all day for information that is irrelevant. Do not go with this realty group, their motives are clearly not for your families interest, but for theirs.
