Working with Watters International Realty was great experience. But working with Yevette Taylor was an awesome pleasure. Her style is gracious, quick and non-pushy. Everyone detests pesky real-estate agents that just want your money without getting you know you. We bid many offers, only to be expunged. But when we finally found our home, Yevette hustled to correct issues Chase had difficulty fixing. We'll never work with a bank again. Yevette's method at making things right was the magic that produced the keys to our place. I highly recommend her. You won't be disappointed.

Watters International is a class act professional company! They made every part of the home selling experience easy and guided us through it all. Their photos of the home were attractive and made potential buyers want to see the property in person. Our agent, Rhonda Pineda, was responsive at all hours of the day any day of the week. All tasks were acted on within minutes, no matter when or where. A buyer was found within 2 days of listing and closing was within 30 days. We have recommended Watters International to anyone we know selling a house and will continue to do so. I wish they had an office in our new location so we could use them to buy our new house.

I spoke with Chris Hosek about a house for one of his clients. He was very rude and sarcastic with everything we discussed. I understand he was just doing his business but so was i, so there is no need to speak to someone you need help from with such a harsh tone because you aren't getting what you want. You could tell he was upset because he was very impatient that he couldn't get help faster, but that is in no way my fault, i am just doing what i am supposed to do. Not bashing him as a worker, but at least learn to have some people skills and stop being so rude.

I had hired Kristiana Butler for my divorce and have to say she is exceptional. She is a listener, kind hearted and has obvious moral and ethical views to help people who are vulnerable. I recently found out she is with a new firm and I am over the moon for her because she deserves great bosses and co workers. Kristiana will work hard for you and maintain a non Judgemental attitude. I can only thank her for the hard work dealing with my complicated divorce and my many issues!!! She is a true talent in not just the courtroom but in all areas of family law.

I was cold called by someone named evette taylor. She called everyday this entire week leaving voicemails and texts to call her back. I finally answered today to confront her for harassing me. She stated she was calling to see if i wanted to buy a house or to see if i knew someone that is looking. Cold calling is the worst business practice and i would stay away from any company that does it.

The house sold very quickly, and very close to asking price. The customer service was exemplary. Tammy Spracklen demonstrated tremendous patience & expertise. I highly recommend Watters International Realty for your home selling or buying needs.

Our expectations were set very high during our initial meeting with Tim, our Chris Watter's agent. I was concerned that they may have been set too high but they truly delivered on everything discussed. In fact I feel like we got way more than promised.
