I regret to say I wouldn’t recommend working with Camila Galindo. I recently reached out to inquire about a property, but the experience was disappointing. The conversation felt curt and rigid, almost as if my inquiry was an inconvenience. Without even a proper introduction, I was immediately asked to provide proof of funds and pre-approval. While I understand the need to qualify buyers, emphasizing this so early in the process felt off-putting, especially since I was genuinely interested in learning more about the property. A bit more friendliness and engagement would have made a big difference. For someone representing a seller, I expected a more welcoming and approachable tone instead of such a transactional interaction. Buying a home is a significant decision, and this experience unfortunately left me hesitant to proceed further.

We had the pleasure of having Aaron McNeeley as our Agent from Chris Watters International Realty help us find and close on our first home! There was a steep learning curve for us and Aaron's experience, patience and knowledge of real estate and real estate laws expedited the whole process within our target timeframe and target location. We never felt alone in this endeavor, and I hope to keep the relationship we built with Aaron strong for future buying or selling experiences. Aaron was dynamic in adjusting to our preferences as they changed and took the time to listen and discuss topics when we had questions. Aaron worked at our pace, and we never felt pressured to choose a home that we felt wasn’t right for us even after viewing several potential options. HIGH RECOMMENDATIONS ALL AROUND...10 STARS!

Diversified and competent real estate company. Most all of the associates that we did business with seem to be friendly, knowledgeable and had good follow up. Patricia Davis was especially good after we had her take over from an agent that left the company.

She is tenacious, punctual, and best-of-all, versatile. Shelly cares and keeps her clients needs and wants in the forefront while providing top tier info that is reliable. Several other homes listed within the neighborhood longer than ours are still unsold. Watters sold our home in a very timely manner and for a good price! I recommend you check out their agents and services. We were not disappointed. Their whole team was working to sell and market the property continuously!
