Before anything we just want to say thank you to Carla for everything she's done for us in this journey we faced. Not only was it such a pleasure to be able to meet such a kind and caring person but most importantly it was an honor to be represented by someone so skilled in her field. It made our process that much easier due to her promptness and attention to details. What we expected to be one huge headache of a process turned out to be a smooth sail all thanks to Carla. To everyone that reads this review, Lynn and Kelly picked up the ball for my last attorney. Lynn took my information and went to work immediately, she was able to contact JP4 and get 5 cases back under control after requesting that I pay the Omni and warrant fee's. We contacted Carla Perez back in 2015 when we didn´t have great expectations about our case. Carla was recommended from my sister since we already had hired the services of three other Immigration Lawyers in the past with no results. She was always honest, cheerful and supportive with answers to our questions, she perfectly explained what nobody else had been able to. She described our choices with integrity and veracity. She took all our calls full of questions and sometimes fear. She guided us to gather the right documents for a Waiver step by step. Kelly McMahan's law services are outstanding. Melissa was also always very helpful and professional. We were out of state clients with a CDL being involved, the attorney was able to dismiss the ticket. She gave us the different options and what she thought would happen, what she said happened. The ticked was dismissed and we really appreciate it.

Ben Martin diligently worked on a complicated case of mine, he did his best beyond the norm to get my case dismissed while always making sure to return my calls and respond to my texts. Ben is very professional, conscientious, helpful, and mostly empathetic; qualities I wish all lawyers had!

I wish I could give negative stars, I had the worst experience ever with Melissa Brimer and Kelly Mcmahan from the McMahan law office, She was unhelpful , and I ended up losing the case because of her incompetence. I had the same results before hiring her which is teen’s court and community service hours ! So She basically did nothing and only stretched the time of the case. we lost the case that was a sure win case; where my son was accused of running the bus stop sign by a racist cop. there was a witness and a video proving his innocence as the video did not show my son running the bus stop sign!, she told me the video does not prove or disprove anything and caused us to lose the case. I had hired her in the first place to prove my sons innocence and yet we lost the case due to her extreme incompetence. I would never recommend her to anyone unless you want to waste you money and time. Even in her reply to my comment; she did not even read my comment as usual. Very incompetent attorney, we had a sure win case, and she advised me that we don’t have a case even though we had a witness and a video proving my sons innocence Beyond the shadow of a doubt!!
