The law firm of Thos. J Henry and my specific lawyer Eoin Tinney did a fantastic job of making sure justice was done in my case. My insurance company was willing to accept the person who hit my car’s word that it was not their fault. They were willing to file on my insurance and benefit from raising my rates. NO sir. Can anyone on here recommend a good personal injury law firm that deals with non catastrophic car accidents in the Austin area? I am currently a client of TJH and they took my case but I don’t think they handle smaller cases anymore or have attorneys on staff who handle the smaller cases anymore. Thx in advance!

I was in a car accident on 9/20/20**. I was referred to TJH by someone. Little did I know what I was getting myself into. I've had 3 different lawyers in this short period of time. They have a lack of communication with their clients. I had to demand they send me to a chiropractor due to me being in so much pain. I suffer from neck and shoulder, arm pains. To make a long story short they are the worst lawyers office I've ever dealt with. since I’ve signed for the settlement and refused to pursue the other insurance company, my lawyer sent me a nasty email basically being upset because I didn’t want to pursue the other insurance company. My reasons is because this company lies unprofessional so she take my phone calls now hasn’t sent paperwork to settle on medical bills. but I can confirm they did cash the check from the insurance company. so who knows when they they will try to finish out my case and give me my settlement. I wish I could post the email I received Update 2/15 so I spoke to my attorney today. She tells me that she has received all the reductions in my medical bills and she is still within her 4-6 weeks to get that over to the business center to get it processed so that they can issue me a payment so technically, she’s just sitting on the paperwork until she gets to it because she’s in within her 4-6 week timeframe, this has been the worst experience ever if you have all the information why not finish it and close the case instead, she’s gonna drag it out the six weeks. update 2/26 reach out to my lawyer‘s office twice this week calls and emails are going unanswered. Then she proceeded to respond back claiming she’s in a meeting and can’t take my call which is fine. I said OK what’s going on with my case. there’s no update what do you mean there’s no update I spoke to you last week you told me you had all the bills and stuff that we needed and you just needed to submit it over to the business office and you were still within your 4 to 6 weeks now she claims she’s doesn’t know where I’m getting all my information from. I said write down everything you tell me and I also record the phone conversations now you have no recollection of what you’ve told me. Needless to say they will not make this 4-6 week deadline to issue me my settlement avoid this law office at all cost. I will be filing a complaint with the state board a bar and filing a complaint with the ombudsman Office office. 3/4/24 Update No settlement check issued by the end of my 6 weeks. Formal Complaints have been filed. Called TJH on 3/1 talked to a Jack who was rude and unprofessional, he tried to handle me in the worst way possible. Stating that Ashley did a really good job on my case ect I called BS. He states he expediting my settlement check on Friday, March 8. so we will see.

Yes, our accident came at a unfortunate time, but we call Thomas j Henry and all was set right.and working with attorney milli sivadasan was so easy as her tireless effort with great attention to detail brought us to a well satisfying conclusion. I just wanna know what goin on was told 2 weeks been month and half now and counting almost 3yr wait

I had previously written a review about the absolute untrustworthiness and lack of any type of attention that Thomas J. Henry has shown me. That is still happening. I have been mislead by them, I have been ignored by them, and they fill my inbox with requests for reviews and to sign their petitions. I had originally approached Thomas J. Henry about the 3M earplug case. They mislead me to get me to sign a representation agreement with them quickly, so that they could ignore me for the better part of 2, 2 and a half years. Having seen the commercials with him in his private plane and on the balcony of his high rise office, I now understand that he got those very nice things by ignoring and taking from his clients/victims. They do not care about you or your case, and you absolutely need to get EVERYTHING they ever say in an email, or writing. Update* After 4 years of being ignored, not having calls/emails returned, and only receiving information from Google, or in their less than regular, boilerplate email, I got my settlement offer. It is INSULTINGLY low. And that's BEFORE the legal fees. After, 4 years, they have "negotiated" a horrible deal. My suspicion is that they did as little as possible, and are now looking to capitalize on the BULK legal fees of the other veterans they have mistreated and "represented". I have had nothing but HORRIBLE experiences with them, and they inform every sleazy lawyer stereotype I have ever heard. I think they get away with it because they are a big law firm, and what are we PEASANTS going to do about it? I will NEVER engage with them again, EVER. I cannot recommend a different lawyer, but I HIGHLY recommend that you don't go with Thomas J. Henry. They are only interested in you long enough to get you under their thumb, and it seems like they are mostly motivated by doing the least amount of work possible, in order to take as much of your damages as possible. I do not believe that they were operating in MY interests, but rather theirs.

At one of the lowest points in my life, when the world literally came crashing down on me, I made the best decision in my life by seeking immediate representation by this law firm!! Whoever may be reading this review and trying to consider who to turn to, that will be your rock and protect you and your family, I can't recommend my attorney Bart Behr enough!! From the very moment I called this firm , my well being, physical, psychological and emotional well being were their primary concern. Bart Behr was thorough, prepared and diligent in making sure that the party that caused my injuries and turned my life upside down, was properly held responsible for their actions.
