Louis Hakim did such a great job. Very quick to respond to my personal questions and was very thorough to make sure I completely understood the status of my case at all times.

Very unprofessional staff, I have left various messages and received no return calls. I felt like just a number, not like a client. When I asked questions all I got was very vague answers. On the final day of the case closed, I told them I was getting another person to stop by and pick up the papers for me. The attorney agreed to this, and later that day the receptionist called me saying someone they didn't know, was picking up my papers. There is no communication between the staff at all. I felt like it was just a waste of my time talking to someone there. They don't listen to you as a client. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My case was transferred a couple of times and it seemed like it just was not going to get done. When Brad McConnell took my case I immediately knew by his charisma without even meeting him in person that he would get the job done and he absolutely delivered! Y’all have great advertising

I wish we had hired a different firm from the beginning. It’s been almost 2 years since my family was in a horrific car accident. 3 of us were injured, my daughter ended up in the hospital for 6 weeks. We chose to hire a lawyer to help us work with insurance so we could focus on the well being of our daughter. Them being a large firm, we thought that would be the best course of action. It turned out to be a terrible decision. They hire a lot of freshly graduated and inexperienced attorneys that don’t know what they are doing. There is a lot of turn over. In the time we were working with them, which is less than 2 years, we’ve had 3 different lawyers assigned. When one quits, our case just sits there untouched for a long time, until they reassign someone, and even then the case would just sit there while they made promises about being almost done that aren’t true. I think because they have way too many cases than they can handle, and our case doesn’t have a big pay out for them. Over many months, We tried emailing them and calling them with almost no responses. Even when we emailed them to switch firms, they sat on it with no response for weeks. When someone finally got assigned our case for the 3rd time, they called, and we found out that they haven’t even seen our email to fire them all these weeks. A manager called us at the end to try to keep our business, but she was very rude and completely unapologetic about the state they left things. She even tried to drop the lie that they were almost done. If they were almost done for all these months, why is it not done yet? We just want to move on from this accident and make sure that our medical bills are paid, but instead this has just dragged on and on. Avoid them, find a firm that cares. -- Update 10/05/2023 -- Also, ignore the canned response to all their bad reviews. If only they were as responsive when working on cases as they are with these useless responses. I have 0 trust that they would actually make anything better or improve on their negligent practices, and do not plan on ever dealing with them again.
