I called the Gammon Law Office because I am dealing with a legal issue with a commercial property. I shared some information with the receptionist who answered and she forwarded me directly to Bill Gammon. Bill spent about half an hour on the phone with me and gave me advice that would have easily costed me $10,000 elsewhere. He has a very direct way of communicating so be ready for the brutal truth. This may be the reason there is a review saying "the people working the phones are rude". He wasn't rude at all just brutally honest and helpful in educating me on my options. Thanks for not acting like all the others you are swimming in the cesspool with Bill.

Bill Gammon is fantastic! We reached out to him for a consultation regarding a commercial real estate lease and he was fair and honest with his information. He's not the type of lawyer that will take your money and run. He was very helpful and provided us with some direction on how to mitigate the legal process. I would highly recommend Bill if you're looking for someone who will be fair and upfront with you.

I stumbled upon Bill's Gammon Law Office after multiple HOAs were trying to screw us with attorney fees. Specifically, one attorney office forced us into a $19,800 attorney plan for $2,000 in overdue HOA fees, the law office was charging $400 a month in fees, $30 per email response. It was CRAZY and they forced us into a terrible situation. My assistant researched attorneys, gave me a list, and Bill seemed like the best one. She spoke with him personally, then I was able to reach him the first time personally as well. What a GREAT call! He saved us at least $10,000 by showing me they have an inferior lien on our 20k case. He helped out of the goodness of his heart with no resistance and no expectation of payment. He is willing to go the extra mile to help regular people like us that are getting screwed without expectation. He's established so he's not in it for the quick bait, he is there to help like a normal human being that cares about doing the right thing I can tell you from experience, the LAST thing you want is an attorney that doesn't answer, but Bill has his stuff together. Trey Porter Law is blessing from above. Once they heard about my case they started right away. I didn’t even have to do anything just waiting patiently for to the good news to come. My case was expunged in less than 2 months but I’m still waiting for at least 6 months to be cleared in every government site before I can re-apply to something that I want. Had the please of speaking to the attorney about landlord and tenant law. He provided a consultation that was very informative. He also did not charge for the consultation which was amazing. It is difficult to find legal advice without being charged a fee even if its for a 15 minute conversation. Absolutely recommend Gammon Law Office.
