The Mike Massey Law team made our estate planning process a breeze! I had shopped around at several firms but after my initial phone consult with Mike the decision to work with him was easy. Mike has such a friendly and open demeanor and he was able to explain my options clearly which was important as I had no idea what we even needed for our estate plan. I was impressed that Mike handled both the initial phone call and zoom meeting himself; and for the second zoom meeting Albert was amazing going over each document and explaining exactly what it entailed and answering all of our questions. The signing was complete in under 20 minutes and at the end we received a very professional binder with all of our documents. I would highly recommend Mike Massey Law!

I was in search for a probate attorney in Austin. Through the reference of my Accountant I contacted two attorneys. I was not satisfied. I searched on the web and found Mike Masse Law Firm [MML]. Going through their website I found MML is well organized and up-to-date in IT technology but I wanted to check on their capability and efficiency as a Law Firm. I spoke to Mike and found they are very strong in their profession and transparent in their reasonable fee structure. Mike explained about the advantage of 'Transfer on Death' document that does not require one to go to the court that would have otherwise required court appearance even in the presence of a WILL. I settle on three documents, namely, WILL by two of us, husband and wife, Medical Power of attorney and Transfer on Death. The Law Firm gave us opportunities to review the draft of the documents and give them feedback, have a review meeting on Zoom and explain to my daughter and wife through a separate Zoom meeting. Finally they prepared the final version for signature. They ran through to explain one more time what is in the documents and drawn sketch to clarify the chain of transfers based on contingency. Many legal terms were explained distinctly. At the end, I was not just happy but delighted on the outcome. Without any trace of hesitation, I will recommend to anyone to go to MML on probate needs. Quality, price, satisfaction and courtesy are beyond expectation.

My wife and I were expecting it to take 2-3 hours to sign all the documents. I think it took less than a hour. They were very organized and answered all our questions and concerns.
