Mr. Massey and his staff were very accommodating while helping us protect our family with the creation of a Family Trust as well as helping us draft our Wills and Medical Power of Attorney. With COVID being the mutating virus that it is, it is even more important to have these legal documents protect your personal choices and not leave this to your survivors.

We were very happy working with Alberto for our will. He was knowledgeable and spent lots of time answering questions and educating us on the process. He offered suggestions but wasn't pushy with recommendations. While not cheap, it was cheaper than other alternatives I found.

Mike Massey Law help us redo our Will and Medical Power of Attorney. Mike did a great job from start to finish. When I first contacted him, he stated what services he offered, needed to be done, answered all my question, and quoted a very fair price. During the three weeks that we worked together, he walked us through each step of the way and promptly responded to our emails. He spent an hour on the phone reviewing the documents prior to us coming to his office for signing. At the office he and his assistants had everything in order, ready to sign. They went through the procedure and made very helpful recommendations of what to do next. It was a very easy procedure. Mike Massey Law was great to work with! They have a system in place for securing and executing your estate plan quickly and efficiently. Plan on clearing your calendar for a week or two while you gather information and make difficult decisions, and let Mike Massey Law do the rest. If you have questions, just ask. Mike is able to answer quickly and make any necessary adjustments to your documents. He is very responsive, professional, and down-to-earth. Everyone at the office was wonderful and Covid-sensitive. They provide both hardcopies and e-copies for your convenience, as well as instructions for titling assets and future assets, etc. They also provide a suggested timeframe for checking in (free) to evaluate your situation and any applicable law changes. Take away - just get this done already! The cost will go up some with necessary things like guardianship paperwork, but it is so important to have this done, and to have it done by someone you can trust to cover every eventuality.
