Long story short. Ended up with only $5000 after over a year of waiting. No reimbursement pay for being off work for 3 months. Firm was out for themselves only.

Sorry that I even started down this road! Basically L&L recovered only the money to pay their fee. Settlement of something like $12,000 and I had around 8k in medical bills, L&L received about $4k in compensation. What was left for me, Zero! Not worth the aggravation. This is a huge part of our countries problem, Lawyers!! - Don't forget to scroll down and read the other negative reviews! Why they are buried at the bottom, I don't know. Re: comment by Ted L. So I stand corrected, the check I picked up at his office was for $8,679.40. Is that honestly "far greater" than what I initially stated, not! Teds statement of "I had a Choice to go to court," right! Hmm, after waiting close to a year I was told by Kelly, my attorney, this is probably as much as I'll get.. & the % fee Ted charges to go to trail is much greater. So, Sure, I had a Choice! From my prospective it's all a numbers game; get them in, get them out; next!. Finally, go visit his office before you sign on the dotted line, in my opinion it's unprofessional and looks more akin to a dentist office circa 1975 or call center. Re: "working hard on my behalf." From my prospective the only thing he did on my behalf was request copies of bills (that I was charged for plus an an additional administrative fee) make a few phone calls/send a few "demand letters," and wait until L&L got to the number that both cover my bills and paid his fee. Folks it's a big game and the main reason why our auto insurance is so high; again, my opinion. Note: If I did indeed receive a check that was "far greater" than what I've stated, pls Ted email me a copy of the check and I'll update my review. Update: lol, I received an email from Ted showing a check for $8,679.40 thus agin, I stand behind my original review…… Ted, anymore comments I should address here?

Very easy process. This is a no brainer thing to do if you have been on accident where the other person was on fault. They are very easy and trust worthy people to work with.
