I was a happy customer although it took awhile. The communication and dedication was still their number one priority and I greatly appreciate it.

Smooth , knowledgeable and attentive service throughout the settlement. Everyone at Lorenz & Lorenz from the first home visit to review the settlement has been great. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a knowledgeable, caring, and speedy lawyer.

My fiancé was t-boned by a flagrantly at fault driver who ran a red light. He later tried to lie about it to get out of his insurance paying for the car (which was totaled). I can't say enough good things about these guys. From the beginning consultation to the very end they were always responsive and helpful. They make no promises and in fact understated what they could accomplish. They always prepare you for the worst and hope for the best. If we left a voicemail they answered within a day, which is amazing customer service for an attorney if you've never dealt with one before. My advice is to retain their services and follow what they advise you to do. To prove our case they had to get pretty technical and they did so. These guys know what they are doing.

My case was settled after about a year. I was also shuffled between two lawyers. Both seemed competent. I was surprised the chiropractor they recommended charged more than the law firm. If i could do it over I would get my own chiropractor. It took 4 weeks of physical therapy to fix my injury. So it ended up being more than 60% that was taken from the settlement. I got what was left. It wasn't what I expected, but hopefully someone reading this will know what to expect and get a better deal.

I can't give 5 stars because I shifted between a few lawyers and I feel that this hindered my final outcome a bit. Other than that I felt I was treated great and fairly. This is a firm full of very helpful individuals who achieved the goal we set out for during my case! Thank you for being of great help to me during this time, Rachel Klipp is awesome!

Took a while, but positive outcome. Shifted from lawyer to lawyer within the agency. They stayed in touch and I seldom felt left out. %33.3 is a lot of the recovered profit but I doubt I would have gotten as large a settlement without help so in the end I'm comfortable with the percentage. I've never had to use a law firm before but they came in handy when dealing with Insurance companies.

Felt totally at ease. Didn't have to worry about calling the insurance. They handled everything and even negotiated the Dr's to lower their charges. Completely satisfied. Thank you.

What a joke! Should have done more research on them...what a waste of time and then they took 33.3•\• from each of mine and my husbands settlment never use them!! Other people need to put their reviews because I no more people than 8 that havs been ripped off!
