If I could give FVF Law a 10 star review, I would. I contacted FVF after a car accident, in a moment of feeling financially stressed, in physical pain, and uncertain of how to proceed. I had already had consultation calls with a handful of other law firms, and after each of those calls I hung up feeling pressured, confused, and like I had been talking to pushy salesmen. The consult calls had been short (10-15 minutes) and peppered with fear-mongering ultimatums, such as "if you don't agree to have me represent you in this personal injury case right now, you're surely going to lose out on the chance to get medical care and financial compensation." FVF Law was my last call, and frankly my hopes for the call feeling helpful were pretty low. That's when Shawn Frazier entered the picture. One of the managing attorneys at FVF, Shawn answered my call and spent about an hour on the phone with me. She was patient, and answered all the questions I had in clear-cut language. She never pressured me to go with FVF, and she recommended that I take my time to consider all the options. She was also personable and empathetic - two qualities that meant a world of difference in a time of feeling vulnerable. It was a no-brainer to go forward with FVF Law. Flash forward to several years later, and my case that FVF provided representation for is now closed out and resolved in a manner that's truly above and beyond what I had hoped for. I was able to receive timely, quality medical care without having to financially stress. I also received a settlement that will ensure I'm able to access needed medical care for a long time to come. Throughout it all, FVF worked diligently and advocated fiercely for my needs. Through my case, I've had the pleasure of working with numerous FVF staff - including Shawn Frazier, Al Silverio, Vanessa Day, Paloma Hampton, and others. Each team member has been professional and warm in their communication. When I reach out with a question, a someone gets back to me same day (usually same hour) to talk me through what's happening and the next steps. Everyone has been gracious in answering my many questions. And above that, I've genuinely felt cared for in this process. FVF Law has been compassionate, trustworthy, and incredibly effective at providing outstanding legal services. I can wholeheartedly recommend this firm to anyone in heartbeat. Though the process of any injury lawsuit is time consuming and not a ton of fun, Al Silverio and the team at FVF Law made the whole thing as efficient and tolerable as humanly possible. It took 3 years, mainly due to covid delays, but I got a satisfactory resolution and I highly recommend Alvaro "AL" Silverio and the entire FVF Team. Thanks for your help guys! Five Stars for sure!

FVF was very professional and provided me with outstanding results after having my car totaled. They actually care about their clients and try to do everything they can to benefit the client. Ryan Reyna especially was very helpful and provided me with routine updates as to where we were at in the process of it all. Very thankful I found these guys 10/10 would use again.

2nd time using Bertolino Law. This was a different type of situation than the first. Lawyers are very competent in their field, worked hard to make it easy for me. They gave the licensing agency a tremendous rebuttal to a ridiculous complaint and then pressured at just the right time for a disposition. The complaint was dismissed. The licensing agency requested documents and files that were completely irrelevant and made assumptions that were not even close to reality. The Bertolino Law Team worked with me to reign in the licensing agency, get them to stick to facts and relevant material and ultimately dismiss the complaint. Great work Bertolino Law!

I will say I was very surprised how expensive it was and how quickly went through the retainer. This was my first time having to use a lawyer so possibly just ignorant of how much things cost. It was a hardship but I will say I don’t regret hiring them and would do so again. Everything ended well and it was direct result of my lawyer Mr. King and can’t thank him enough for fighting for me. The staff and mr King were all very efficient and got back to me quickly and were on top of everything. Even when my lawyer was very sick at home with Covid he still reached out to to talk to me about the case which I was extremely appreciative for. If one’s liscence is on the line I don’t believe it is worth the risk to try to fight on one’s own, no matter how untrue the claims and a good defense you feel you have. I have discovered it seems in these situations when one makes claims against you, that you are guilty until proven innocent rather than innocent until proven guilty, thus I highly recommend hiring them to handle it for you.

FVF Law helped me to understand why I would need to hire an attorney for a personal injury case, explained how it all works, and did not pressure me into a decision whatsoever. They always kept me informed of my case and were extremely emotionally supportive during an extremely difficult time. I recommend them whether you think you need an attorney or aren’t sure. They will let you know if your case warrants an attorney or not and guide you on what you could do if you don’t need an attorney.

I just wanted to say how amazed I was with this whole process. The accident I was in happened only a month after moving here from Washington State. I didn't know any attorney's or law firms here in Austin. My father was asking around in WA state if anyone knew any good attorneys in Austin, Texas. All of the people he asked recommended Kelly Gray. Kelly was so responsive and answered all my questions to where I could understand what was going to happen. I couldn't have asked for a better attorney who kept me in the loop every step of the way. I definitely reccommend Kelly.
