Josh and his team are highly resourceful and educated when it comes to the field of injury law. His years of experience were evident when he guided me through the entire process of getting my claim settled for a hit-and-run case that was filed under uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage. This was a complicated case (in my mind) since the only negotiating party was GEICO. During the entire process, Josh’s number one priority was my well-being and was very supportive of my needs. He is also relentless and persistent when it comes to negotiating, and will not quit until the most optimal solution is reached. I found it very important that Josh was passionate about his work, and his attitude and work ethic relieved much of my anxiety in a stressful situation. Having Mr. Bertolino on my side was very reassuring and comforting. His experience of sitting on the state nursing board made me realize he had a knowledge base of their way of thinking. The Board dismissed the charges and that was just. I was reluctant to release him as my attorney because I didn't want to let go of the feeling of comfort. I highly recommend this lawyer.

I can't say enough great things about Tony and his amzing staff. I have a lot of experience working with attorneys and I have found many weaknesses in them that I have not found in Tony. He handled my divorce and I loved how he picked apart my ex-wife's case. Tony was even able to get one of my wife's witnesses to admit that he was lying on the stand. He was so aggressive. It was also amazing to watch Tony 's presence in the courtroom.
