After a truly traumatic accident during my pregnancy, Josh and his associates helped us through the legal process. If you find yourself needing counsel after any sort of accident, I highly recommend working with them. Beyond working very hard toward the best possible outcome, Josh takes the time to explain everything and make you feel not only comfortable, but cared for.

Last summer when I was coming back from Port Aransas with family, a guy ran a stop sign and plowed right into me resulting in my car being totaled, dislocated toes, broken bones, torn tendons, and lots and lots of bruising and pain. After taking a couple of days to try to process what happened, i got to researching an attorney. I came across Josh and Aaron and after reading countless reviews, i knew that i wanted these guys on my side! I called the number listed and I was pleasantly surprised that it was Josh who picked up instead of an assistant. I've had bad experiences before with other attorneys, where i never personally talked to the attorney, i just got bounced from assistant to assistant. The next pleasant surprise was his willingness to travel an hour and a half to consult with my mom and i at the hospital. Once at the consultation, the way he explained everything, you could automatically tell that him and his team were going to bring years and years of knowledge and experience to the table. I couldn't help but feel this great sense of peace knowing that i would have him and his team by our side. He made it known that his first priority was to make sure that we were all okay and getting the proper care in order to be at 100% once again. As the case got underway, and the hospital bills came rolling in (and trust me, there were a lot of bills, it was 5 of us that were injured in the accident), Josh and Aaron proved to me once again that i had made the right choice. They quickly dealt with every bill and call that would come through and made sure that the only thing we should be taking care of is our well-being. If any issue arose, Josh and Aaron were very easy to get in touch with, they would promptly return calls, emails, texts etc, and take care of the issue at hand. They made the process 1000x easier than i could have ever imagined. Once the case was coming to an end, they fought tooth and nail to make sure that we were getting a settlement that was fair to us. Honestly, i cannot thank these guys enough for how quick and easy they made this whole process and we could not be happier with the results. They were so kind, caring and thorough. If i could give these gentlemen infinite stars i would! God forbid we be involved in another accident, or better yet, an accident as bad as this one, but if we do, i will forever go to Josh and Aaron.
