When I was severely rear-ended in February of 2016, I didn't know what to do or how to proceed with the insurance companies. The insurance companies had contacted me immediately after the accident and offered me $2,500 for damages, and then we'd close the claim. This did not seem like fair compensation based on how my body was feeling, FVF Law agreed. Fast forward over 3 years later, $75,000 racked up in medical bills for various medical treatments for my permanent damage to my neck and lower back (movement of 4 discs), which wasn't even going to be the end of my medical care, and finally the insurance companies settled on an amount that was fair to all. Had I not contacted FVF Law and had Josh Fogelman and Matt Breeland not worked tirelessly for me as they did, I would never have received adequate compensation to financially continue my lifelong need for medical care. Yes, it took almost 4 years, but FVF Law persevered and trusted that this is what was right for me. Now, I'm comforted to know that I have funds to cover my on-going medical care. I recently had an issue and to be honest, I wasn’t sure if it was a legal issue. Based on Yelp reviews, I reached out to FVF and one other firm. The other firm promptly replied with a form “thanks but no thanks” email which was not unexpected. FVF was completely different. Ryan Reyna promptly replied by phone and email and provided substantial helpful information. Over the course of a week and multiple contacts with me, FVF provided great advice, education, compassion and direction. My situation will not involve FVF’s legal counsel, but Mr. Reyna treated me like a valued client nonetheless. I don’t know how things will end up, but I’m much better equipped to manage a sticky situation - and I know exactly where to turn if I need legal advice in the future.

Matt did a phenomenal job for me. His expertise, precision, and dedication was beyond what was expected. I hope I never have to deal with a situation like this again, but if I do; I at least know I have the best representation in town with the FVF Law firm!

Turn an unfortunate accident, into a pleasurable experience. On day one, after my accident I was much like yourself, thinking whether or not I would need legal counsel. Unfortunately in today's world, it is needed, in order to protect yourself and family. After searching online, I came in contact with FVF Law firm. Although I was in much pain, frustrated that my vehicle was totaled at no fault of mine, I found peace when Josh contacted me back, on a Sunday afternoon.
