If I could give 10 or more stars to David Schupp and all the support and services I received with FVF Law I would. I was injured in a car accident and ended up with neck surgery. David Schupp was a constant support throughout the whole process, treated me with genuine respect, was in contact regularly and always available for any assistance and questions I had. He went above and beyond fighting for my case with insurance and advocating for me as a person, and treated me like family with care and concern. David Schupp and FVF Law exceeded my expectations. They changed my life for the better and I will be forever grateful.

A typical walk with your dog down your own neighborhood street on a beautiful evening. Something you have done countless times. And then everything changes in an instant when an unknown neighbor’s dog comes out of nowhere and attacks your dog ‘and you’. Neighbors hear your loud cries for help as you brawl in the middle of the street with the attacking dog trying to save your dog and yourself. You finally subdue the attacking dog, but what remains as police and ambulance are called and converge is blood, injury and shocking trauma. What lies ahead are pain, extensive medical services and psychological therapy to deal with the post trauma stress. It’s at this point you need the kind of legal support that simply wants to try and help you become whole again. If that is even possible. To have the now extensive medical and therapy costs recovered. After significant research and multiple firm interviews, we found and selected FVF Law in Austin and more specifically Attorney Claire Partin and her support team. They are an incredibly professional ‘service’ firm that felt uniquely different when we explained our situation. Many law firms that purport to be in the game of personal injury simply look at client volume as their meal ticket to private jets and high revenue. You see them advertising on tv every day. Not FVF Law and most definitely not Claire Partin. They are very selective in the cases they engage because they want more than anything to represent authenticity in becoming your counsel. You will be completely satisfied with your representation if you choose FVF Law and more importantly, Claire Partin. Thank you Claire and thank you FVF Law for truly caring about our situation and helping us recover the many expenses we incurred following what began as a simple walk in our neighborhood.

Addendum I am a physician and unfortunately, recently was in the need of a plaintiffs attorney. Claire Partin came into our case as extra help was required. I found her to be professional pleasant, and an expert in her field. She added incredible value to our case. I've had the opportunity to evaluate many professionals in medicine and other fields, and I can tell you without hesitation, she is truly an expert. I would recommend her highly as a plaintiffs attorney and would use her without hesitation. She worked with Shawn Frazier and they made a great team! It is never pleasant hiring an attorney (unless you won the Powerball perhaps), but some can make the experience much less stressful. FVF law is comprised of caring capable individuals at all levels which greatly helps the process. I have always had the most respect for attorneys that were in fact "counselors". They can guide you thru a complicated and often difficult process in a rational and thoughtful manner. Shawn Frazier has been our attorney and she is truly a counselor of law. Her staff had been great and always available. We are not thru the process but no matter the outcome, I would highly recommend this firm if you are in need of a personal injury attorney.
