After months of good faith negotiation, the landlord of a commmercial building gave us a 24 hour deadline to accept their lease. Kate went over and above in reviewing our lease and giving us our assessment on whether there were any deal breakers in there. Her assessment was thourough, well thought out and extremely helpful in determining whether or not the risks were acceptable. I greatly appreciate her going over the top in her service and would recommend her to anyone.

Nicole is hands down the best lawyer Ive spoken to. She is genuine and actually cares for her clients!! She made sure to walk me through everything and check on me throughout the entire process. At first I was iffy because I’ve never been in the situation I was and was going to call it off but I took my chances and she definitely exceeded my expectations!!!

Nicole was upfront and clear about every step. There was never any surprises or feeling of, "Jump through this hoop and now you have to jump through this hoop" cycle. Nicole is very thorough upon the consultation session to assess and evaluate the claim(s) presented before her. Nicole is very prompt to answer and address any questions or concerns that may arise.
The biggest question that is always asked, "Would you recommend or use this attorney again?" my answer is, "ABSOLUTELY!"

I can honestly not say enough amazing things about Nicole Conger! She not only guided me through every step of the process but also helped me regain my voice and confidence that had been brutally torn down by my employer.
