Talk about personality, professionalism and skills! Nicole is the whole package and a class-act. I cant think of a time we haven't enjoyed one another company and our projects weren't stellar! Hire this lady!

I highly recommend Nicole! Nicole is very passionate in what she does. She helped me not only with an EEOC claim and lawsuit she also helped me emotionally through the whole process. Nicole is very responsive and dedicated! I am blessed to have her in my life!

***VERY IMPORTANT*** If you take nothing else from my review, please understand that if there's one thing Nicole understood about me it's that everyday I'm battling with a very difficult disability which is why I made every effort not to mention it in my review. Yet if you read Nicole's reply, she reveals it not once, but twice, beginning in the first sentence. Immediately after I read that yesterday, I pleaded with her via text how despite our differences, if she would at the very least remove any mention of that in her reply. But read it and you'll see she ignored me. I'm not sure if that's a tactic used to strong arm someone into taking down a negative review but if not for any other reason please please think twice of hiring somebody who would do such a thing. In addition to that betrayal of confidence, in her reply, she's really trying to paint me in this hostile, even unstable light. I couldn't believe what I read as nothing could be further from the truth. Please understand that I have nothing to gain with this review other than keeping my integrity. Those being reviewed have both status and financial benefits to gain. With that in mind, please read my review. I was in a difficult situation and chose Nicole based on reviews. Our communications were almost entirely by text because she said she was busy with actual clients. The 2-3 times we spoke were very rushed and 70% of the texts she sent were emoticons. Her stance was that for me to have a case, certain circumstances would need to occur in the near future. She assured me how without question, those precise situations will always occur 100% of the time, but when they didn't, her response was a simple "ok so you're good", and literally said nothing else about it. But immediately after that she began texting me non-stop asking for a good review. It was so difficult to get her on the phone before but when I didn't leave her a review, she finally called me for the first time. When I asked her what there was for me to even write about, the first thing she referenced was all the nice texts, basically all those smiley emoticons. But I needed a lawyer not a therapist. And then it occured to me how she might've received all these positive reviews, by keeping after those who even just consulted with her so that's when I finally decided I needed to say something.I did hesitate before I posted on the off-chance she would call and argue but then I thought there's just no way. Yet sure enough, within 30 minutes she called and argued. I told her she was being very unprofessional and that I had every right to speak my mind but she wasn't listening. I was trying to tell her I had to go but she just kept arguing. Finally after 17 minutes of this I got a call on my work phone. I even put it to the receiver just so she knew I was being honest but she went on so I had no choice but to hang up. Again everyone, if not for any other reason, her ignoring my request to remove any mention of my disability should provide the most insight. From my perspective, since she didn't receive the review she was trying so hard to get, the only other option would be to discredit me and reveal information that was nothing short of indecent. Finally regarding the review I left on the Avvo site, the first time I submitted it, it was approved and posted. But moments after I ended the call with her, it was removed so my thought was that she had something to do with it and if that were the case I told her if she didn't leave it be, I'd keep trying to repost it. But after I read her reply yesterday I did a search in my email for Avvo. They were all in my spam folder which is why I didn't see them before but the first thing I did was send back an apology for trying to repost my review. Though I still didn't understand why it was approved the first time.

This is my first venture of becoming a business owner and the Law office of Massingill Attorneys & Counselors at Law were informative and provided superb guidance throughout the process. I worked with Katherine and she was simply the best! Thank you for guiding the start of my business venture.

After speaking with a few attorneys about my issue I knew Nicole would be the one to deliver and she did. Her professionalism, knowledge and expertise, responsiveness and trustworthiness were truly valuable to achieve my desired outcome. Although at times things seem never ending she remained committed to pursuing my case to the end while helping me keep things into perspective. I would definitely recommend her services.

Great attorney, Hyper responsive, reasonably priced. Dan worked with me on my case for just over 12 months, but then after the outcome he was still available for emails and phone calls when I had questions. And I knew he was working some high profile cases at the time so I could easily have felt brushed aside. One important thing to know is that this is not a "shop", where he turns your case over to some junior attorney and you only speak with him on an initial consultation. Many attorneys use that trick...let the most senior partner speak with potential clients, then you hire the firm, and you end up with a green attorney who is overworked and underpaid. Nope. Not here, not with Dan. Sucks you got in a situation where you need someone like him...but I wouldn't recommend anyone else. Dan is the man!

Many years ago Dan represented me on a really old federal issue and I must say Dan is absolutely one of the best attorney's. He is persistent, genuine, hard working, and is undoubtedly one of the best not only in Texas, but I would argue in the country. I would hands down recommend Dan Wannamaker to anyone who needs his expertise.

I’m incredibly thankful to have had Dan on my side as my attorney. I was facing a felony charge and a very scary and uncertain future. With this being my first offense ever, I had absolutely no knowledge of the judicial process or what was to come, but with Dan’s extensive knowledge and skill in criminal law, he was able to guide me and assure me every step of the way (it also helped that he had a great sense of humor, which brought some levity to an otherwise very serious situation). In the end, he was able to negotiate my original charge down to a Class B misdemeanor with deferred adjudication. Thanks to him, I’m finally able to see the light at the end of the tunnel and find a way to put a very unfortunate event in my life behind me. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a criminal defense attorney.
