Attended an estate planning seminar. Useful information to consider when planning. Would highly recommend to consider this - do not wait til it’s needed as it would be too late to avoid probate!

Hoo boy. We are in our early 50s & my wife & I had been procrastinating on getting our Wills drafted for many years now. After my mother passed away last year -- without a Will, of course -- we finally pulled the trigger & got it done at Hailey-Petty. Now that we've been through the process, I don't know why we waited so long. Putting together all of the Will & Trust documents was so much easier than we expected.
