Very helpful through a complicated process
I used Hailey-Petty law firm to create a trust. Kay Covarubbia was very warm and helpful, in addition to really knowing her stuff. She provided helpful advice and sent me away with a list of the things that I needed to do to complete the trust. I’m confident I stepped away with documents that will protect me and my family going into the future.

My business with the Hailey-Petty Law Firm was exceptional. My meeting with Kay was quite rewarding. She explained the process of preparing my Trust in detail and demonstrated great patience when presented with questions. This session was very informative and easy to follow. It was a nice comfortable atmosphere that made it very easy to ask questions. I really enjoyed the examples to make the topics more relatable to my personal questions. The attorney was so knowledgeable and it really instilled confidence.

I worked with Kay at this Law Firm to complete my estate planning. I was very impressed by how thorough Kay was and how quickly I was able to get my paperwork. I feel very satisfied and fully protected. The process was easy.

Definitely recommend this law firm! Kay is very knowledgeable and attentive. She communicated throughout the whole process of making my husband and my wills. If there was an error in drafting, it was quickly resolved. I truly appreciate the thoughtfulness Kay and the staff had with our family.
