I am so grateful for Ms. Valerie and Ms. Vu, I been going through this issue since 2020, I was dined and I had been trying to get my disability for years. My brother, recommended Ms. Vu before he passed away in 2021. And she took my case and ran with it. I wanted to give up this year because I was really was going through it and had a moment. I called a few weeks before my appointment with the SSA and I told Ms. Valerie that I didn't want to move on and she told me don't give up it's a process and she will have Ms. Vu to call me and she called me right back. And when I tell you, this firm knows they're business, they know their jobs. I would recommend anyone to them!! Responsive, co-operative, and friendly. I had a 30-minute consultation with Ryan and it was well worth it. His advice probably saved me a ton of hassle, time and money down the line pursuing something that most likely would not have been able to win.

(Response to reply) please get your story straight you hung up on me I applaud you trying to use big words though yes it came thereafter because you denied me any services thereafter not even giving me a chance to explain the situation.Its okay I’m glad i didn’t hire you.I think it’s amazing you get your employees to post reviews though I’m not a client because you were quick to turn me away could’ve just left a nice email saying you didn’t want to take my case but instead you left an obnoxious voice message saying you wanted to help and when I called you back you said you couldn’t and wanted to add a 220 consultation fee which with life being as expensive as it is shows you have no mercy for people who are trying and will turn them away before even trying to help them with resources your method is charge charge charge! Because you’re greedy greedy greedy!Absolutely the worst Stuck up does not care about the client wants to charge over 200 dollars for a consultation fee not in this lifetime

Ryan advised me regarding an issue I had with my apartment complex in Far North Dallas, and helped me negotiate with them an early move-out with no penalties. He was very diligent, approachable, cordial and attentive. I'm certain that without his help the apartment complex would have tried to take advantage of me and I would have ended up losing a lot of money. Hello, good morning. I'm here in the building. Miss Taylor was very rude to me and my service dog upon arrival. She told me that I had to leave the building immediately, she even said YOU NEED TO TAKE YOUR DOG TO THE CAR AND LOCKE HIM??? REALLY? even though I showed her my dog's service card. She was very aggressive in her manner of speaking. I feel discriminated against because OF MY SERVICE DOG I ALSO WANT TO SAID my race and my accent when speaking in English. I think there should be a person with a little more tact and customer service skills, since her manner was so aggressive towards me and my husband. I don't know if it's because WE ARE A gay COUPLE that she was bothered by us. A person from another office even said that there have already been several complaints about her being so aggressive with people who come to the offices and that this is not the first time. My husband and I are very sad and feel humiliated and discriminated against by TAYLOR AND YOUR MANAGEMENT.

Darrin was very knowledgable and very responsive to my needs in regards to my case. He handled all my correspondence in very professional manner and made the process as stress free as possible. I would highly recommend him to represent individuals in handling any legal matters in healthcare/governing bodies.
