Abosolutely amazing service - I came to Ryan with a little bit of a distressed situation where rental home was not well maintained and had caused bug problems. He was able to do a consultation, demand letter and settlement letter for me very quickly. My whole issue was first raised on Monday afternoon and completely resolved on the same Friday. He responsed extremely quickly when I was engaged with my landlord and was able to provide guidance on my situation along the way in a very explict and concise manner. In a state where a lot of lawyers only take landlord cases, Ryan is definitely a hidden gem who fights for both sides and provides amazing service. I will not heistate to hire him again, and he's absolutely a 5/5 lawyer!
