If I could give 10 stars here I would! Going with the Carlson law firm for my case was the best decision I could’ve made. When I was injured in a dog attack in 2015, finding legal help wasn’t the easiest task, I’d never been in a situation that required the assistance of a lawyer. I was referred to Todd Kelly and the Carlson law firm, I don’t know what I would’ve done without them! From the time we first spoke, throughout the entire process and till the end of trial, the Carlson law firm was nothing but supportive, understanding and on point, always available when I had any questions or concerns and Incredibly helpful. I would highly recommend Todd Kelly and the Carlson law firm to anyone in need of help, knowledgeable and consistent is an understatement!! it’s hard to find the right words to discribe how grateful I am for everything they’ve done. It really makes all the difference knowing that you’re in good hands when it comes to something as stressful and overwhelming as a lawsuit. The Carlson law firm cares and it shows! Legal Assistant, Valerie Salvador, did a horrible job keeping us updated on our case. Every time we would contact her it was the same answer, "we are sending a demand letter". This demand letter was never sent but instead we found out, after bringing up the fact that we felt we were not getting the proper service, that the lawyers decided to not pick up the case. We feel completely lost now due to the horrible service given to us by Valerie Salvador and now we are stuck looking for a new lawyer months after the incident happened. The situation was already stressful, Valerie and the Carlson Law Firm made it even more stressful. All we wanted was justice and instead the only thing we received from The Carlson Law Firm is bad service and more stress. Valerie really should work on her customer service and understand that the people she is working with are dealing with real stressful situations, show some empathy sometimes!

Incomplete services rude and ignorant

I would like to say thank you to Todd Kelly and his team for everything they have done to help my family. The office is amazing, everyone is very courteous, helpful, patient and kind. We felt comfortable talking and knowing that someone was actually listening. They truly have been a blessing to my family in more ways than I could ever express in words.
