Two years ago I was involved in a hit and run. Supposedly my insurance took care of fixing the vehicle. 4 months later, I discovered that my vehicle had structural damage. Once I was informed of the state of the vehicle, I called Nationwide but no one was able to tell me why I had been given back a faulty and potentially dangerous vehicle.
