I hired The Carlson Law Firm for a personal injury case in September 2020. From the first intake call to the final resolution, Todd Kelly's team handled everything in a timely manner and professionally. If I could give this rating more than 5 stars, I would. I want to thank Jacob Mancha, Rachel Rubio, and Todd Kelly for taking my case and exceeding my expectations. The team really made me feel comfortable and at ease in times I was not. My experience with Carlson exceeded my expectations. I was in a car accident and wasn’t sure how to proceed. Rachel’s customer service was outstanding. She explained all the steps, allowed for additional questions and provided updates throughout the entire process. Rachel responded to inquiries in a timely and friendly manner. Bill, the attorney assigned to case, always made sure I understood and never attempted to pressure me.

I normally do not write reviews, but the excellent work that Todd, Jacob, and Rachel accomplished was more than fantastic. Todd is a wonderful attorney who truly cares of his clients and shows extreme passion when speaking of the case. Jacob is a wonderful attorney as well, a great presenter, and shows hard work and dedication.
Rachel, who is the paralegal, was very profesional, caring, and was excellent on communicating with me and keeping me posted on the case. The three of them did a fantastic job and I can't thank them enough.

I was in an accident in November 2019 and wasn’t sure what to do. I called the Carlson Law Firm and was connected with Rachel and Nick. They were the best team I could have asked for to stand by me and fight for me. Rachel did a great job keeping me in the loop on what was happening with my case. Nick was quickly able to get me a fair resolution for my case. I am so lucky to have had them on my side. Such great assets to this firm!
