We started a case back in spring of 2020 with the lawfirm, and they were the only lawfirm that would take our case with it involving a military installation. Amanda, Todd, and Jacob were the paralegals/lawyers that worked with us. After almost 3 years, our case was settled with a better outcome than everyone expected. During the tedious/long process they always kept us updated, and pushed to try and speed up the process/get answers when the other party tried dragging it out. They were always professional and cared about us, rather than than just caring about how much money they would make of our case. Nothing can bring back our daughter or make up for what happened, but the Amanda and Jacob made sure they were held accountable for what happened. Highly recommend them to everyone if you ever need a personal injury/wrongful death lawyer, or your situation involves a military installation.

I am very disappointed with Mr Carlson terms. I was looking for a lawyer to represent me for a car accident. I end up talking to three different people. They were too busy to get my address and where Area I live in Austin .they decide to tell me that they’re not going to take my case ..that they have a different team that is going to help me. They told me they need me to sign a contract with them. I ask them who are the other Team. What is their name. Who sings a contract with out knowing the name of the person who is going to be walking with me. The name of who going walk my case ..they will not give me information of the team.please, be careful about Mr Carlson law firms .or who you .higher to represent you . Do not fall for their scan. I was on the phone for hour of interrogation with all of them. This is not acceptable. I hope Mr. Carlson will say this review.

I don’t normally do reviews but these guys and girls deserve a back slap and a toast. Everyone I have had contact with in the office has gone out of their way to address all concerns and challenges.
