Great service

I reached out to Kyle Robbins when I lost my husband in February 2021. Kyle was quick to respond to me. He advised me on what to expect, what information they would need from me, and what they will be doing for me. They handled the probate of the will and my Estate Planning. Lorenza Cigarroa was assigned my case, and she was wonderful to work with, as was the Paralegal, Daniela Ritchie and Jaime Mitchell. They were great keeping me informed as to what was happening. I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to put all my trust in. I just appreciate, so much, all they did for me.

Excellent firm, very professional, quick response to any questions and attention to detail. Lorenza and Kyle are great, and interactions with paralegal team also superb. You won't find any law firm better for dealing with wills and estates I am sure.

The Kyle Robbins team were GREAT to work with. I used them for probate for my Mom and Step-Father. I was worried ahead of time that they would try to nickel and dime me to drive up the cost of their services, but they did exactly the opposite. For example, when dealing creditors they pointed out when it would cost more for them to contact the creditor to negotiate a reduction in the bill versus just paying the small amount of the bill. They also used their lower cost paralegal staff to do work when possible to again keep the cost to a minimum. They were VERY professional and always responded quickly to any question I had. I highly recommend them!

I called several attorneys regarding a probate case. Most attorneys spent very little time analyzing the facts or simply did not call back. Mr. Robbins called me back personally and asked me questions about the case and gave me his honest opinion. He was a breath of fresh air. My experience with this law firm is more than satisfactory. My husband passed away last October 2020, and I needed to probate his Will. He was so easy to talk to and he responded courteously to my questions, not making me feel like some of my questions were dumb. I realized that my mom's will was outdated and over 10 years old. I had no idea where to start on getting her will updated and so I began an extensive internet search, reading all reviews trying to find the right person to handle my affairs. After several hours of research I decided to narrow my list to a few different attorneys and interviewed each of them. After speaking with 5 different attorney's it was obvious that Kyle was the right person for us. He was very considerate of my mom's time and would take as much time or as little time needed to thoroughly explain everything about her will. He drafted it quickly and accurately and all for a very reasonable price. He was friendly and kind and understood that sometimes getting a will created can be a stressful event, especially for an elderly person. He took ALL of the stress out of the situation by helping my mom fully understand the importance of the will and each section in it. Her stress level has dropped tremendously and she is happy knowing that when the time comes her family will be well protected. If you have an elderly parent and do not know where to start, I cannot recommend Kyle enough!
