I have never met a more honest, sincere or kind human being than Kyle Robbins. If there is anyone who comes close to Mr. Robbins I have yet to meet him. I had a family issue and was advised to get an attorney. I looked on Google and found Kyle. His CV is incredible. Dean's Presidential Scholarship to UT Law based on his entrance exam scores - top 1%. Incredible AVVO score as well as numerous awards for his expertise. But, all this pales to his honesty and integrity. I don't think it would be possible to find a more honest or capable attorney than Kyle Robbins. After speaking with him, he did not take my case because he felt I could do it myself rather than pay him a fee to do it. How often do attorneys turn down a case and the money because they are too honest to take it?? It was definitely a first for me. If you EVER need an attorney in his specialty you would be crazy to hire anyone else. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

Kyle was great. He got all of the questions answered that we had about a very complicated will. He was very thorough in explaining what could and couldn't be done with the will and even answered a few questions we had after the fact to help clear stuff up. I would definitely recommend his office!

Prior to even collecting fees he guided me on what action he would have to take and what steps would need to be completed. Based on our initial conversation and the information he provided me I trusted he would take care of us and he did. He and his team are very responsive and very clear on communication. You don't have to worry about this guy...he's a real lawyer. Explained the tax consequences of an existing family trust and then built another one just for us. Answered all the questions we knew to ask and more importantly the questions we didn't know to ask (the gotchas!). I highly recommend Kyle Robbins.

Kyle Robbins stands out among many estate planning attorneys in Austin. We have a fairly sizable asset and we have been exploring a number of well-known firms in the Austin area. Our experience with other firms has been very negative. In almost all cases, they are either playing into your fear and/or nickle and dime you to death. - including options that are standard in any estate planning. One of the well known firms (the founder himself nonetheless..) basically told us - "hope you don't die soon as you do not have an estate plan with us!!!" No Joke! In any event, we found Mr. Robbins very professional and responsive to our situation. Furthermore, he has an excellent communication style that not only explains what we need but also provides us with in-depth coverage for potential changes in the tax laws - all within one price.
