David Todd assisted with the adoption of our daughter. He and his office kept us informed of all paperwork and necessary obligations on our end that needed to be completed. Our adoption although interstate, went very smooth and quick!

David is an upstanding man who was both professional and personable. Both him and his staff offered me honest advice to pursue my particular matter without having to hire an attorney. I had the very good fortune of being introduced to David Todd several years ago to work as co-counsel with me on a head injury case for a child injured in a Texas daycare. Over the past several years that we have been working on the case, David has been hardworking, honest and extremely skillful as a lawyer working for this injured child. I became of the Todd Law Firm through a mailer I received. I own property that is a target of an eminent domain due to a TX Dept of Transportation highway project. Though my property did not fit the profile of his specialty, Todd called and discussed my situation (after reviewing the initial offer from the state) and recommended next steps.
