I became of the Todd Law Firm through a mailer I received. I own property that is a target of an eminent domain due to a TX Dept of Transportation highway project. Though my property did not fit the profile of his specialty, Todd called and discussed my situation (after reviewing the initial offer from the state) and recommended next steps. He was straightforward and honest about what I could expect. This was very helpful to me (being unfamiliar with real estate prices in the area). Lawyers were honest and up front about costs, I never had any sunrises when it came to fees. This firm has lots of resources at their disposal. They responded quickly to all calls and emails and I was never lacking for an update. They also seemed to have great knowledge of the law in the area I hired them for. Will be going back to them if I ever need representation in Texas again. The only reason it is four instead of five stars is the expense. Just me wishing it was a little cheaper. 😊
