I have worked with multiple attorney’s at Shann’s law office who were very knowledgeable and helpful while I was trying to start and sell my companies – and dealing with all the complicated paperwork. I just started an LLC, and had some questions regarding taxes and such. I scheduled a phone consultation with Shann in which he not only answered my questions with patience and clarity, but offered some tips and strategies I had not even considered. He even emailed me a recap of the points we discussed in the phone call. Highly recommended!
