Let me start off with this: If you do not have a will, get your butt in gear and have a will drawn up. This will save your loved ones a ton of stress. My sister did not have one. Now, the firm did say what they were going to do and did it. It was a timely process which was disclosed to me. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional.
