So far my experience with Marc Whitehead & Associated has been flawless due to the efficiency of Monique Muras.

So far this has been a great experience, given the circumstances. I was able to speak with an intake specialist, Erika Torres, immediately when I called and we arranged appointments for further evaluation and set up the contract. It was fast, efficient, caring and set my mind at ease. I feel confident I have chosen the correct firm to help me with my disability legal issues.

In the begining, I was not very impressed with your law firm. The paralegal I was assigned to was not very professional or motivated. I must add that this adventure begins during our government takeover of the country with COVID. When Madison finally contacted me before the hearing I felt way more at ease. She gave me so much confidence. She is very sharp and to the point. Having the ability to boost your clients morale before a hearing is a huge task. Madison shines in her professionalism, knowledge and tenacity. Having her in my corner was a blessing.
