My lawyer was professional and helpful and definitely could tell she wanted to advocate for my rights. It was great to have someone really research your case and present the facts and advocate for you. For the most part, communication was professional and thorough. The only thing that I was disappointed in was not truly understanding what going to court would mean in terms of long term disability benefits and how the company was only responsible for retro benefits and then typically reassigned you to an active plan only to have a planned review soon after in which typically it was denied. I did not understand this information beforehand and it was a little disheartening to say the least to find it out at the mediation meeting. With that being said, I still would highly recommend this lawyer and her team who dedicated time and effort to presenting the facts and advocating on my behalf.

Marc Whitehead and Associates is a fantastic law firm to help veterans get their disabilities they qualify for. My attorney Madison Donaldson and my case manager Courtney Martin were very professional and experienced in the process. They fought for my claim as if it was for them. I tried for 4 yrs on my own with no results. I hired them in June 2021 and in January 2022 I finally got the outcome I was looking for. I hired the Marc Whitehead Firm in early 2020 after two (2) denials from the BVA. Both my Attorney, Ms. Madison Donaldson, Esq and Ms. Courtney Martin, Paralegal, were highly professional, personable and responsive to my concerns regarding developing a strong appeal for a Higher Level Review. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Madison and the entire staff at Marc Whitehead and Associates! They faught for me and my case every step of the way through all the loops and bounds of dealing with workers compensation issues, long term disability issues, and social security disability issues when they later came along.
