First off im going to say wow!! Marshall exceeding everything in what I was looking for in a custody attorney!! I came into this a nervous wreck and beyond scared for any down outcome. Marshall immediately reassured me of the good mom I am and how these steps are not easy but we will get through them together and that we did! After over a year battling this divorce I came across Marshall and immediately my nightmare was going to come to an end. I have primary custody got everything I desired for my kids and now finally getting divorced. He was so patient, listened to everything crazy and not I had to say and remained so honest and kind through it all! When I first hired Marshall, I really felt that he was going to help my and my daughter, or at least that's what he said. Although, I had years of evidence to provide to the court, Marshall's poor decision-making led my family down a nightmarish path. When I became so fearful for my daughter's safety that I asked him to non-suit the case, he refused. Then, he strolled into final hearing with very little preparation, despite me begging for it, and erased any progress we had made. His poor and reckless decisions and final positions were not at all what I wanted, and angered the judge who made me and my young child pay the price. We will forever be paying for Marshall's poor judgment and poor planning. My family will never be the same.

He took my money and disappeared. I was suppose to show up to court, but because Marshall never returned my emails or calls ( after taking my $5K of course ) , I never knew about it. I had to hire another firm. I have no idea how someone could take your money and screw you over at your worst moment and still live with themselves. I don't understand how anyone could be so heartless.

Marshall is as bad as it gets. He does not adequately represent his clients and marks all the checkboxes for attorney negligence. He delayed my divorce for over a year due to non-responsiveness, and stringing you along with lies about opposing counsel causing delays (verified as lies). He has YET to file orders (its Nov) from my emergency custody hearing in APRIL, which puts me, his client, and my children at risk. I've sent request after request for communication and status updates, with zero response - I'm talking six months of ZERO response. His office is very disorganized, you don't know what you're being billed for, never get invoices, and the paralegals are also non-responsive. This firm is a complete joke.

Marshall and his team are the best. He is very knowledgeable and did great job on my case. It was a hard one and I feel so lucky that I had Marshall standing on my side. I would recommend Marshall to anyone who needs professional help on family law.
