This past April 2012, my mother passed away unexpectedly. Not only being grief stricken but I was at a loss for a probate attorney. Charles Smaistrla guided me through the probate process and accompanied me through legal procedings in front of the Travis county probate court. He took care of all legal procedings including court filings which relived me of the worrisome burden in my time of grief.
