Thank you David and Cade! When I got hit by a 18-wheeler I needed a lawyer. My family and friends told me the Bernsens specialized in trucking cases. As a CDL driver I know a little about regulations that big rig drivers are required to follow. However I was really impressed with the Bernsens knowledge of the Regs, they proved that the driver was fatigued and his log books violated the law.
