Not only did he help me reformat my whole contact for my business, but he really delved into my field to really understand the type of business I do, and seemed truly interested in it! He offered great advice and ideas I hadn't even thought of, he challenged me to think beyond my scope of business, and came up with solutions for every situation I could think of. He is so thorough, timely, and professional! Shiloh always makes time to answer my questions (big or small) and makes me feel truly valued as a client.
