I liked how fast we got things to works between us. The only bad thing is that the lawyer is really busy.

My husband and I are very grateful for Attorney Nieves and her amazing team!! because of Covid-19 our Immigration progress was delayed, but attorney Nieves and her staff always kept in touch with us, informing us what was going on with the immigration laws, or any new updates from the Consular/Embassy offices that we needed to be aware of. She was always very honest letting us know the good and the bad so that we could make prudent decisions, and also careful to not give us false hope, or information, and we really appreciated that because this way we were able to plan well. Because of their hard work and determination to advocate for us! when a big unexpected hurdle came up in our case, our Immigration process was successful and we could not Thank God enough for putting attorney Nieves and her team in our path.!! we highly recommend them!

Completely mishandled the case from start to finish was not provided with a copy of my contract after I signed it in and when I was provided a copy it was only partial. Had to hire another lawyer and this law firm is still trying to make me pay for services that they never rendered. Save yourself some travel and find a different lawyer

Attorney not present. Did not allow me to speak all i received was Sarcastic and condescending tones. I mever met hom face to face in six weeks time that he was my attorney. He criticized his own staff based on pay grade. Dishonest and dismissve. The medical professionals he sent me to, touch me in appropriately i told my case wThree different case workers, all of which did not have answers. The Attorney called me once, and that was only because I terminated services. I did not receive proper medical care for six weeks. I am finally getting the medical attention I needed
