Wow! I am amazed that Avvo shows this man without industry recognition. He is known to be THE real estate attorney in Texas, among real estate agents. He literally wrote the book (larger than a Sears catalog!) on real estate law and regularly teaches our Legal classes. Even so, he is usually quite accessible by phone.
