Mi hermano me recomendó con la abogada ya que con la abogada Martha Garza an arreglado, yo tenía un caso de corte con inmigración la Abogada Martha Garza me cerró el caso de corte para luego hacer mi ajuste de estatus con USCIS ahora soy residente permanente. I signed up with them In 2022 for the Dearh of My Mother at Houston Northwest Hospital o. 1960 an Cali Dr MY Mother walked in talking an joking with me For A Scheduled procedure! 2 hrs later was Pronounce Dead!! I Beg the staff in this Hospital to Help my Mother I called Her Dr who was suppose to be There that wasn't even At the hospital ,I called his Office Manager an beg the Nurses for help No One help My mother died of A heart attack this Attorney held the case for almost the length of my statue of limitation because je Knows at this point No Other attorney will Touch it ! Tonya Hernadez his assistance sent me a email of release letter letter an stated the attorney would call me to let me know why my case was Dropped ! Well I still Haven't Not heard from Mark weycer till this they I was told he was out of office on a family emergency!! SO Mark Weycer your an attorney an your suppose to help people when they have been wrong ! YOUR job is to uphold The Law To BRING JUSTICE TO PEOPLE!! RIGHT? HOW DO YOU SLEEP AT NIGHT KNOW YOUR APART OF THE PROBLEM!! YOU STILL NEVER CALLED ME YET TO INFORM ME WHAT HAPPENED ! HOW WOULD YOU FEEL IF YOU WATCHED YOU MOTHER OR FATHER DIE IN FRONT OF YOU BECAUSE THE HOSPITAL REFUSED TO TAKE HER COMPLAINTS AS SERIOUS!!! YOU SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO PRACTICE ANYMORE I BELIEVE HE WAS PAID TO DROP MY MOTHER CASE!!!! LAST WORDS mr Mark Weycer My Mother said to me was They going to kill me in here!!! An they did !!! An I trusted you to help Me bring my Mother Death to Justice!!

I had a great experience with Garza and Associates. I had DACA so they advised me to apply for advanced parole and after I was granted that we started the process for permanent residency since my husband is a US citizen. The entire process including advanced parole and permanent residency took about a year which we are currently extremely pleased with! Everyone in the office was helpful and pleasant to work with.
