After having a terrible experience with my previous lawyer, I did extensive research and retained Joshua Booker from ALP Law firm. Things I loved: - Alp is very transparent with pricing. I received an invoice about every week or every other week showing the reduction in the retainer fee which clearly listed what work was completed on my case. This made me feel financially comfortable and (in addition to phone call and emails) helped me keep track of the progress of my case. - alp understands the family law is an emotional undertaking for clients that needs to be combated in court with proof and facts. I was very emotional through this case. 🙃🥲 Joshua and Kia listened to me explain every aspect of my case. Joshua offered sound and professional advice, explained what was to be expected, guided me through the process, and fought for me to get the best possible outcome for my son and myself. - alp is efficient. Joshua was able to complete my case without using the entire retainer…. Yes yall! I’m still in shock. I’m not promising this will happen for you.. but I am saying that alp’s goal is to actually the help the client, not take all their money. I feel like I made a great decision choosing alp law firm and I am happy with the results Joshua helped me achieve in this case. I hope that I DONT EVERRRRRRRRRRRRR have to go through this process again lol. But if I do, I will most certainly choose alp law firm and request Joshua as my attorney.

Worst attorney ever! Alecia Pottinger has fake reviews to boost her business up!! Run as fast as you can! She messed me up totally in my divorce proceedings! I wasted 15,000 and she did nothing! She doesn’t return calls or anything! Very unprofessional! Please don’t waste a dime on this place!

I scheduled an appointment online, and NO ONE was available. The secretary was extremely condescending. I took out time from my schedule, and I was told that someone would contact me soon. When I asked for clarification on "soon", the secretary said that sometimes lawyers go a little longer depending on what they're working on. Okay, so what I got in the free 30 minute consult was 30 minutes of being condescended upon, leaving a voicemail, and filling out a questionnaire. No thanks! If they are this unresponsive and unprofessional, just think what you'll have to go through after you've sunk thousands of dollars into this sham of a business! I don't know who put up those rave reviews, but they can have it.
