I have had the worse experience ever! My daughter and I were in a wreck with a cement truck! My daughter was injured and my car was damaged. Liz worked my case and she was horrible. She basically told me I was going to be without a rental car which I was for at least a month. She did not communicate with me about my case and was very argumentative. After my car was fixed in December I asked her to close the case and just press for our medical bills (my Insurance paid for) and pain and suffering. She tried talking me out of it. She then claimed she had to request my medical bills. She told me she submitted it in December and then in January she told me she hadn’t submitted it. She never kept in touch with me and when I called her boss she wanted to argue about why I called them. Well, I requested her to close it out in December and it’s now almost the end of April and it still has not been closed. She has been giving me the run around and basically treating me like I work for her! SHE IS HORRIBLE!! I can go on and on. Not to mention how every time I call to speak with her supervisor, the receptionist says she’s there and then sends me to voicemail! If u all can’t treat all customers with priority stop taking everyone’s case! If I wouldn’t have been so drained from dealing with Liz I probably would’ve gotten another lawyer and fired Stern Group! I can not speak for other consultants but she needs to be removed from handling cases! My experience does not even deserve 1 star!

Well, I can say a lot. I appreciated how Adam Miller treated me. I have one complaint, I felt as if I couldn't communicate freely with some of the staff because it was if I called too much and it wasn't appreciated. But other than that, thank you.

Terrible.. Cuando sufre un accidente y tú compensación es una basura cuando el abogado quien no sufre nada cobra 3 veces mas que lo que ganastes en el caso. Mi experiencia a sido fatal, Este grupo de abogado no Lucha, solo esperan que le hagan ofertas del demandado y eso los satisface, tú no puedes exigir porque rápido buscan una estúpida excusa. Mi caso duró 3años, años perdidos.. Ellos te engañan de esta manera, 60% para ti 40% para ellos Pero no te dicen q ellos cobran primero del monto total, o sea si la demanda es de $100,000 demanda $40,000 abogado $40,000 gastos médicos Lo q sobra es tuyo $10,000 No luchan por daños y perjuicio, no luchan por sufrimiento, gastos extras, cambio repentino de vida, por lo q este accidente causo en tu familia y diario vivir. No sirven. No firmen No los contrates.

My experience with the Law firm was long and tedious due to the nature of my case. Ashly Guitterz and Liz Elizondo were so helpful through the whole process they not only sent information and processed things they were also my listening ears when I would become frustrated . They provided excellent customer service and I am forever grateful for the thoughtfulness and professionalism they provided. Mr. Cortegera was my attorney through this process and he provided help with matters of the case when needed. His communication with me was not good and if it wasn’t for his paralegals I would have been upset many days.

Very slow in getting things done had a bad day wit this review they are a good law firm would reccomend thems been over a year since I went to them I guess things take time

If I could rate lower I would, very incompetent lawyers and secretaries, took almost 3 years for a simple collision, and now that it's time to be compensated(lawyers won more than actual injured) No call backs, basically ignoring a customer, I wouldn't recommend these people to anyone seriously, your better off representing yourself than these p.o.s
