I had Arnold Avalos as my lawyer and he was by far super amazing. He was very helpful, he helped me stay updated with my appointments to make sure i was okay. Mr. Avalos knew how to help even with the situation we were in and helped me make some good money off the case.

Worst experience, I was involved in a car accident and they were so quick to sign me up and pick up the case. I had to file the claim my self, arrange everything my self and Arnold set up my treatment and I never heard from him! I had to call the office to find out claim was denied and honestly this was a good case, I work in personal injury my self but didn’t want to hire the firm and that was a big mistake. I know that everything in this office is just lack of care. The case worker didn’t even know I was even done treating and it had been months since I’ve gone. They threw my case to the trash and so much money lost and gone to waste. Never again!

INEFFECTIVE ASSISTANCE OF COUNSEL, TO SAY THE LEAST, I AM IN THE PROCESS OF FILLING MY CASE IN FEDERAL COURT, DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM, THE GLUE OF THIS FIRM IS GONE NO LONGER A PART OF THE FIRM AND THIS GUY IS TAKING CREDIT FOR HIS WORK AND YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE INDUSTRY, BUT BY ALL MEANS STAY WAY FROM THIS GUY, I WILL PUBLISH THE RESULTS FROM FEDERAL COURT AND AS THE LAW PROFESSOR WHO IS HANDLING MY CASE SAID IN NO UNCERTAIN TERMS INEFFECTIVE ASSISTANCE, TO SAY THE LEAST.

The worst experience ever! If I could rate it 0 stars I would. They took 3 years with our accident case. Office staff was always difficult to get ahold of when needed. Always getting the run around from their paralegal Ashley. No customer service skills. My husband and I had to do a lot of the leg work in order to keep case moving forward. Finally settled the case and ended up getting less than the attorney. Definitely caused a big headache! Think twice before entrusting them with your legal case.

I just don't feel they communicate with me enough about my case. First time first time like six months before I could talk to my atty this time about two months. I just just believe in being in mix of everything as far as decisions.

Horrible.... I waited a long time for crumbs I feel they didn't work as hard as they claimed I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to them

RUN. Over a year and I got less than I would have without a lawyer. They are a joke!!!!
