My mother in law was in a very bad car wreck. Her leg was shattered as well as a small host of other issues. When we were advised at the hospital that there would be multiple serious surgeries involved, we knew we needed legal representation. First we tried calling 800-lawyers (Frankel Firm) like you hear on the radio everywhere. At first they were nice, but when they sent someone out to see us it was a CPA who could not answer any questions and informed us that if we wanted any questions answered we would have to sign the paperwork granting them the case. Who signs a contract before details are given? When we refused, we were directed to a case manager who would never answer the phone or call us back. The parting gift from the CPA was a snicker and literally saying "you'll be back". ...Well, no we wouldn't be. Instead after searching we found the Harley Law Firm with several positive reviews. I called the office after hours on a Friday and left a message. Much to my surprise my call was returned that night by Austin himself. He was out on a vacation with family across the country, but still took the time to talk to me and arranged to meet as soon as he was back in town the following Monday. Come Monday he was prompt, courteous, and informative. He went out of his way to make sure we were provided a personal touch, and fully informed with all our questions answered before any paperwork was even mentioned. Fast forward and he has constantly kept us in the loop with the status of negotiating with the auto insurance companies, including speaking directly with my mother in law often. As a person in constant serious pain her mood is "delicate" to say the least, but he was always pleasant and respectful, and never complained about how curt or frustrated she could be about other issues and then directing some of that at him. When the medical insurance companies found out that a settlement was being reached, of course they were the first to reach out a hand for their share. Of course they felt that their share was 100% initially, never mind the pain, suffering, and personal expense my mother in law was going through. The process is called subrogation, which was completely unfamiliar to me, but Austin had been explaining things the entire time. After a fair amount of work sending them stacks of documentation, and multiple negotiations Austin was able to back them off of taking everything, and got things to settle in a more fairly agreeable term. The entire experience with Austin has been positive, and with the level of nightmare involved with all the other aspects he's been a ray of sunshine, and a blessing that can't be overstated. I would fully recommend his services to anyone, and while hopefully I never need to see him again, I'll at least know I'll be cared for if the need ever arises again.

When i discussed my immigration case with him he was so rude and this guy still acts like an Immigration officer.👎
