I called the office and the receptionist sounded drunk and slurred her word so bad that I had to ask her to repeat herself multiple times. Then she informed me there wasn't anyone that would help tenants in their office, only landlords.

Curtis Pritchard is hands down a great attorney. As a father it can be very challenging to get primary custody of your child even when you believe with everything in you that is in the child’s best interest. Mr. Pritchard thoroughly guided me through a highly contested case. I was able to gain primary custody and it was the greatest victory of my life. If you are looking for an attorney who is going to tell you the truth wether it’s what you want to hear or not.. this is your guy. He will lay out the ground work necessary to succeed. It may not be as easy as we would like but never the less, effective. I would without hesitation recommend this attorney to anyone seeking the best.

I recently was in the process of selling a large piece of property and needed Mark's expertise in real estate law to help me with some complex issues. Mark went to extra effort to set make time to accommodate me, despite his busy schedule. He was extremely helpful and put my mind to ease about the many legal questions I had. I would not hesitate to use him again and would certainly highly recommend him to any of my friends or family.

I agree with the others that Mark was wonderful. He discussed options with me and helped me put together exactly what was needed for my situation. The contract, on the other hand, when it arrived, was another story. It took the seller and I sitting down and going over it with a fine toothed edit to correct everything from typos, to basic facts regarding the state, to specific details that were not what Mark and I had discussed. As comfortable as I was with Mark, I won't use this firm again.

Mr Baker helped me get through the probate process. It was a tough time for me and he was very understanding. I would not hesitate to recommend him or the firm in general.

I never met this person in person, but the website would NOT let me leave feedback unless I chose between 1. consultation or 2. hired. You can't have those options if the a**wipe doesn't respond to your request. I just want to let others know that it might be better to seek out an online "do-it-yourself" software than to entrust this individual. I explained exactly my interest in my introduction to her. She could have simply responded that she doesn't work in that area of law. Instead, she chose to ignore my reach for assistance entirely. If I can do more harm to her reputation by telling the truth, I will.

I've known Curtis Pritchard for 40+ years. He is kind and gentle but a real "bulldog" in the courtroom.
