He got my ticket dismissed great job and thank you

A lawyer who was afraid of the judge in the courtroom. A guy who did nothing but bill for services that were not needed. A lawyer who would not defend me in the courtroom, he would just sit there and listen to the opposing attorney and not cross examine. I would give him a lower rating but one star is as low as this goes.

Always use for my tickets

Great service and outstanding resolution to issue. Communication with firm was excellent. I would highly recommend the Jack Byno legal team.

Paul made it clear he was prepared and knew every detail of myself and my family all the way thru the case. He never failed to promptly follow up with my questions or needs, and guided me thru the legal process which resulted in a much better conclusion for my family than what we started with. The opposing attorney, like so many, was never prepared for the court dates, and simply treated his client like a number, as did the judge. When your fighting for your family, the last thing you want is to just be "another case". Thank you Paul for your detailed and intuitive approach that has allowed my family to create a better way forward.

Overall jack byno and his associates are trash when it comes to handling tickets in itasca. I paid over $600 in lawyer fees to have nothing handled and they didn’t even have the availability to set up a payment plan for me while down there, I had to drive myself an hour just to be told My attorney could’ve done this for me over email. Just don’t use them it isn’t worth it.

Very disappointed with Jack byno. He took my money for a traffic ticketu. He did a no show and did not even inform me of court date. He won't answer my calls . His office staff name the person claims nothing can be done now. A attorney who can't help after taking 500. What the heck. Did he think it was a gift. Had to hire new attorney to clean his mess Reporting to the Texas bar. Would rate a zero but it doesn't allow.

I called and spoke with rubaiya I've never gotten a ticket or citation i was very confused on what to do... she was very nice and explained the steps i should take and answered all my questions. Very professional and polite i will recommend to my friends to come here!

Lots of lawyer speak, no communication besides what amounts to waivers. Least possible effort. I could have gotten the same results without hiring this attorney. Save your money.
