I had a ticket(moving violation )in sulphur springs tx which is bad for my CDL, Jack worked a deal and changed to non moving violation with 90day supervision, great work guy's.

Raylie was very helpful when I called to get assistance with my traffic ticket. She adequately answered all of my questions and was super informative.

When I called and spoke with Raylie, she was extremely helpful and answered every question posed to her. Even when I called back multiple times, she never made me feel like a nuisance. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

I had an accident in September 2020 and hired this law firm to fight 2 non moving violations. My attorney "Rodger" completely forgot one of my cases. Didn't have part of the evidence that I would've used had I gone to trial but since I was outgunned compared to the court I decided to plead "no contest". Carrollton judge didn't even go down on my fine and still and to pay the attorney. If I were you go do some research and find others before going to jack byno. Only Saving Grace is that they tried to fight for the first 6 months sending me a couple of offers.

Hired this law firm to represent me in court. First appearance in court was scheduled at 9am. He was late and called me after 9 letting me know it was cancelled. I already knew that. Second appearance he was no call, no show. Called their office after being called up in court and seeing the judge, and they didn't receive the notice. Had to ask the judge to please reschedule. Third appearance Jack called me 10 minutes before court at 8:50 running late. Court was at 9am. I was there early and ready to go. Judge felt bad for me and went ahead and looked at my case. Finally met Jack on my way exciting the courthouse. Jack claims it's my fault for arriving too early. I had to take off three days of work for this mess. They won't refund my money. Wasn't asking for all of it, I understand they had to do some work, but I lost even more money than just their fee. Wouldn't recommend. Communication was difficult. Everytime I called they office, the tele prompt tells you to email them instead. Never had direct contact with my lawyer until he called me. .

In September 2018 I received a speeding ticket in West Tawakoni, because this was a smaller unfamiliar city and i was only 22 at the time i did not want this to effect my driving record. I acquired Jack Byno's services, shortly after they told me they would be appealing my ticket to the higher court of Hunt County and I needed to send them a money order of $378 dollars payable to the court. I did that November of 2018. Subsequently I followed up with them every 4-6 months asking for updates and each time I was told that the courts had been unresponsive and they were still trying to get my appeal pushed through. I called September 2021 as a part of my routine calls every 4-6months and Jack himself picked up the phone and said since my ticket was approaching three years i should get a dismissal in October. I folllowed up in October asking for my money order back and follow up on my citation dismissal and was asked to send an email that has never been responded to. I followed up Novemeber and was met by rudeness from Casey telling me the courts were stil unresponsive. I thought that was strange so I finally called West Tawakoni they immediately returned my call and they told me my case had been dismissed since Jan 2019. When I called to inform Casey of this, she was rude and simply stated she would inform her office manager, no apology, not even a change of tone when it was CLEAR they had dropped the ball. I wasn't even upset i just wanted my money order back. I called back the next day to follow up on when my 378 dollars would be returned to me and Casey began to tell me that she was waiting for the courts to send a dismissal letter. When I called and spoke to the courts they told me that because my case is almost 3 years now, it had been sent to archive and it would take them a while to obtain that paperwork. I called her back and let her know of this and that i would simply like my money order returned to me and she had been nothing but rude to me and since they have done NOTHING with my case for the last 3 years they had no reason to continue holding my documents and money order sine they're not even representing me. She told me they don't want a client like me and I've called them too much and hung up in my face even though they have almost had THREE YEARS to resolve this and I was only calling them to inform them of information they had been claiming for the last 3 years that they were unable to obtain from West Tawakoni. I drove up to his office, and Casey continued to be rude and even threatend to call the cops on me when I was simply asking for my items back. I recorded all our encoutners via iphone video in the past 2 days to show that i had not even raised my voice at her and even with me essentially doing all their leg work and not being angry (although i had the right to be), I was treated nastily. Please spare yourself from being treated subhuman and unprofessionalism.
